Contra currently ships to Mexico, Canada and the USA. We are happy to create a custom shipping quote for other locations, send us an email.

All of our leather products are made to order. Once your order is placed, you will receive and email with the estimated production and shipping timeframe (typically 1-2 weeks). All orders are shipped from Nayarit, Mexico, using FedEx or DHL, with tracking. Please reach out if you require any of our products within a specific timeframe.

Shipping charges do not include any applicable import fees or taxes.

returns

All of our leather goods are handmade, and therefore we do not offer refunds unless an item is damaged upon delivery.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Return requests will only be considered within one week after delivery. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover shipping costs on returned items. We to not refund original shipping costs. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

We do not accept returns on sale or promotional code items.
